beginnerBread Baking Certificate
A City & Guilds accredited bread baking entrepreneurship programme covering HK-style, Taiwanese, Japanese, and European breads. The four-in-one teaching model — theory, demonstration, hands-on practice, post-class exercises, and examination — is delivered in a professional bakery environment. Students master straight-dough, sponge-dough, sourdough, and Danish laminated techniques. Upon passing the assessment, graduates receive a jointly issued certificate from City & Guilds (UK) and HKNOC, recognised in over 80 countries.
beginnerWestern Pastry Certificate
A City & Guilds accredited Western pastry entrepreneurship programme covering fundamental to advanced cake and dessert techniques. The course uses a four-in-one teaching model — theory, demonstration, hands-on practice, post-class exercises, and examination — conducted in a purpose-built simulated bakery environment. Students learn butter cakes, mousses, French tarts, macarons, mirror-glaze cakes, mille-feuille, and chocolate tempering. Upon passing the assessment, graduates receive a jointly issued certificate from City & Guilds (UK) and HKNOC, recognised in over 80 countries.
