1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nexu platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Course Bookings

Nexu acts as a marketplace connecting students with independent course providers ("Educators"). Course content, scheduling, and delivery are the sole responsibility of the Educator. Nexu does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of any course.

5. Payments & Fees

All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Students pay the listed price at the time of booking. Nexu retains a 20% platform fee; Educators receive the remaining 80%. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by individual Educators and are displayed on each course page. Students should review these policies before booking. Refund disputes will be mediated by Nexu on a case-by-case basis.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not: share personal contact information through the platform chat; submit false or misleading information; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent Nexu's payment system.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, and design, is the property of Nexu or its licensors. Educator-submitted course content remains the intellectual property of the respective Educator.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nexu provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
